The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by all customers that visit or purchase at this website, "Skoo Avenoo". At the Skoo Avenoo website, mobile website, or mobile application, or via telephone (jointly referred to as ”SkooAvenoo.com”). By using SkooAvenoo.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.

The inclusion of any products or services on SkooAvenoo.com at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and we also may amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on dappondia.com at the time you place your order.

Skoo Avenoo wants to provide the best possible online experience. To make this possible we need to ensure that our services runs like a clockwork. You understand and agree not to (1) post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products or services; (2) act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the SkooAvenoo.com site, or which impacts the security of the site, or (3) employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site, or to copy content from the site. We reserve the right to immediately bar access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these terms and conditions.
PRODUCTION RIGHTS
All products on SkooAvenoo.com have reserved all rights for selling. We have necessary contracts for products that are manufactured overseas and also products that are resold.
PRIVACY POLICY
SkooAvenoo works to ensure that your privacy is protected when using our services. We therefore have a policy setting out how your personal data will be processed and protected. Please stay updated to any changes to this Privacy Policy by visiting our website.
This Privacy Policy only concerns Skoo Avenoo customers and users of our online services.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
The payment request is sent to your e-mail address when the order is shipped. Payment information can also be found on the delivery note, enclosed in the parcel.

Skoo Avenoo guarantees a full refund of the returned items. Provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact.

You may bring the item(s) you wish to return to any team member that is affiliated with Skoo Avenoo which you can see on the Skoo Avenoo's contact tab. Provided that you bring your shipping confirmation email to the affiliated member. If a debit or credit card was used to make payment at SkooAvenoo.com, the affiliated member will refund the applicable amount to the same debit or credit card you used for your initial purchase. If you chose another form of payment when you purchased the item(s) at SkooAvenoo.com, a merchandise card will be issued to show the affiliated member. Skoo Avenoo will not be able to refund any charges such as the delivery fee. Defective items may also be returned at Skoo Avenoo's shipping address provided.

You may cancel or return your order from the date you place the order until 14 days after receipt of the ordered items. If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund which will include Skoo Avenoo's standard delivery costs. If you wish to cancel or return your order, please provide us with notice in writing either by post, preferably by using the pre-printed return form in your parcel, or by sending a letter to Skoo Avenoo's Customer Service, via email djoldskoo3303@gmail.com; If the item you have received is defective, please notify Skoo Avenoo promptly and return the item in accordance. Skoo Avenoo will, for any products deemed defective, provide a full refund.
